How to book a performance

How to book a performance
All you have to do is call or email and we’ll put you on the venues mailing list so you get advance notice of what’s on offer.
Whether you are a professional venue manager or a village hall committee, or a charity fund raiser, college or castle, group or individual YOU CAN BE THE PROMOTER OR HOST OF A NORTH COUNTRY SHOW.

Does it have to be a "proper" theatre space?
North Country Theatre - Setting up We are technically self contained and bring just about everything with us in our van - stage, scenery, lighting... and of course actors. We have performed in village halls, Arts Centres and Theatres, galleries, gardens of stately homes, Churches ballrooms and even animal auction marts.
You do of course have to find the audience, sell the tickets and staff the event and you have to have an acting space usually of a minimum size.

What about publicity?
We provide the posters and leaflets and other marketing support two or three months in advance and for non professional venues we can even provide tickets and ver printing.
We are usually booking up about 8 months in advance of any performance and because we are popular and get a lot of repeat bookings we often sell out a tour pretty fast especially Friday and Saturday dates.
